Tilt is a chair challenging the rule of not tilting chairs while you sit. But almost everyone does it, so why not make a chair that can endure it? The ordinary chair will sooner or later break. So, of course I can understand my mother´s concerns when I was a child... Tilt was awarded "Piece of furniture of the year" at Stockholm Furniture Fair 2006 by Sköna Hem design magazine. Since then it has been part of several exhibitions and gained a lot of appreciation throughout the world. It seems like the disobediant behavior is global. The material is solid birch.
