Basker ( eng. ”Beret”) is a chair where function and ergonomics
has been the starting point, for the person sitting, as for staff. From
all the demands placed on a chair for the elderly care - a chair with
steady, inviting and timeless character emerged. Basker is a chair that
suits at home as well as in the elderly care.
The armrests makes the chair possible to hang onto the table top for easy
floor cleaning.
The armrests also sweeps behind the backrest creating ergonomical shaped
handles to facilitate handling at the table.
The characteristic and distinct backrest creates, besides from beeining
very comfortable, a feeling of safety for visually impaired.
Basker offers a very
wide range of individual solutions, with potential for 500 mm seat height,
which is extra wide variant, the removable back cushion, upholstered seat
that is very easy to undress. The textile is wrapped around the seat and
back with elastic. Hence the name of the chair- Basker
As optional is urine-resistant fabric.
